WhatsApp has just submitted a new update through the Google Play Beta Program, bringing the version up to 22.214.171.124.
What’s new in this update? Discover all details below!
WhatsApp released the possibility to listen to voice messages using different playback speeds in the WhatsApp beta for Android 126.96.36.199. For some reason, WhatsApp has disabled the feature in the 188.8.131.52 update. Users that were able to use the feature enjoyed a lot with it, sending a lot of positive feedback.
Today, WhatsApp is finally enabling again the feature for beta testers, and it seems this is a major roll out: a lot of WhatsApp users are receiving the feature!
In order to verify if the feature is available for your WhatsApp account, you have to play a voice message: if the playback symbol appears, the feature is enabled for you! If it’s not available, don’t worry: it’s true that this is a major roll out, but WhatsApp is always used to enable the feature partially. More activations will be following in the next beta updates. Stay tuned to discover new features!
